Where We Ship

We ship our handmade toys worldwide using the Portuguese postal service (CTT – Correios de Portugal). We deliver to all countries served by CTT international shipping.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the destination country and customs processing.

Standard International Shipping

  • Delivered via regular postal service

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–20+ business days depending on the destination

Express International Shipping (if available at checkout)

  • Priority handling with faster delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 7+ business days to major destinations

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Package weight and size

  • Selected shipping method

We use official CTT postage rates.

Tracking Your Order

Most international shipments include a tracking number. Tracking information will be provided after your order is shipped.

Tracking updates depend on postal service scanning and may vary depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
