Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at julywell.shop@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before sending the item back. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. The return address will be shared in the approval email.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase..
Please note that this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
